Devotional Word Art

Monday, February 2nd

Today's phrase is “heir of God" and is formed from the following Scriptures:

His - Isaiah 43:1 - Now, this is what the Lord says, the one who created you, O Jacob, and formed you, O Israel: “Don’t be afraid, for I will protect you. I call you by name, you are mine."

Enlightened - Ephesians 1:17-19 - I pray that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you spiritual wisdom and revelation in your growing knowledge of him—since the eyes of your heart have been enlightened—so that you may know what is the hope of his calling, what is the wealth of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the incomparable greatness of his power toward us who believe, as displayed in the exercise of his immense strength.
Included - Ephesians 1:13 - And when you heard the word of truth (the gospel of your salvation)—when you believed in Christ—you were marked with the seal of the promised Holy Spirit.
Received a kingdom - Hebrews 12:28 - So since we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us give thanks, and through this let us offer worship pleasing to God in devotion and awe.
---
Overcomer - Revelation 12:11 - But they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.
Favored - Psalm 5:12 - Certainly you reward the godly, Lord. Like a shield you protect them in your good favor.
---
Gifted - Romans 12:6 - And we have different gifts according to the grace given to us. If the gift is prophecy, that individual must use it in proportion to his faith.
One in Christ - Galatians 3:28 - There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female—for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.
Delivered - Romans 7:6 - But now we have been released from the law, because we have died to what controlled us, so that we may serve in the new life of the Spirit and not under the old written code.
